Another example, still improved
Now I'm going to try the same procedure with another walkman, in this case a more difficult one, with metallic case. This causes more reflections and makes it difficult to control. I took my loved AIWA HS-P07 which is brand new, never used and placed under direct sunlight:

the result is not so good:

As you can see, there's an ugly backround, high contrast image and deep, sharp shadows. Not a good shot. Let's move to difusse light:

Much better shadows, but the background doesn't help the walkman to shine.
So, what if now I take a plain grey carpet and place it over the floor? Let's see the result:
